Mrs Tolani Aderounmu
Managing Director/Proprietor
She has always nurtured a passion for early years’ education. She undertook her Primary and Secondary education in Nigeria after which she proceeded to the United Kingdom for her first degree from Leeds Metropolitan University United Kingdom. Following which she went to the USA to study Childhood Development from Los Angeles Valley College U.S.A. She returned to Nigeria and went on to work in leading educational institutions in Lagos state.
In 2020 she joined the Board of Directors at White Oak Preparatory school Lagos and served as the Director of Administration before assuming the position of The Managing Director of Lotus Bloom Preparatory School after the transition.
As early childhood is a significant time in a child’s life; in which personalities and intellectual abilities are developed; she is a firm believer in using all the tools required to allow a child to fulfill their potential; such as creating a positive and peaceful environment. As a mother herself, she is driven and keen in her resolve to see the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of children which will stand them in good stead towards achieving their life’s goals. She is committed to working alongside parents in ensuring the best level of teaching and support is given to their children as well as providing a happy and rewarding experience for the pupils of Lotus Bloom Preparatory School.
Mrs Faith Ndidi Ifesoma
Deputy Head of School (DHOS)
Mrs Ifesoma, has over 25 years of hands-on teaching experience. She has a good working knowledge of both the Montessori and British curriculum. She is abreast with the latest EYFS framework, which became effective September 4, 2023. She has held the position of head teacher and head of school for 14 years in her last two places of employment, i.e., Cedars world Montessori and Foot Steps Schools Ikoyi. She is a graduate from the University of Lagos and has acquired Diplomas in early childhood Montessori and curriculum development.  She has also attended courses on jolly phonics and early years foundation stage (EYFS). Mrs Ifesoma is a happily married woman with children.
An efficient, innovative and creative teacher. An innovative visionary who prides herself in implementing up to date strategies in order to engage, challenge and motivate children and staff. She is an efficient, innovative and creative teacher who thrives on producing the very best outcomes for students and clients alike. Excellent people skills, able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative. Personal interest in education, supporting educational establishments, sharing skills and ideas; mentoring individuals and training staff to meet set standards
Mr Levi Atie Akpode
Head Teacher Primary Section
Mr. Atie Levi, is a highly devoted and professional teacher, who has an outstanding love for education; having taught for more than thirteen years.
In his words ‘I  had the chance to see how children transform during their early years. This is the fun I gain out of participating in their holistic growth, academically and morally; been a part of this growth from childhood through adolescence has been the driving force into my interest in teaching. I am convinced that education does not just give students knowledge; it mounds their character and makes them ready for success in life’
He is registered as a teacher under the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria with educational qualifications that includes degrees in Economics and Education and has attended several education stakeholders’ trainings and conferences.
His teaching philosophy is based on giving his students a wholesome education with an emphasis on critical reflection, ingenuity, and the pursuit of knowledge.
Mrs Jennifer Peters
(EYFS Co-ordinator)
Ms Peters holds a Bachelor of Education degree in English and has over a decade of teaching experience.
She serves as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Coordinator, overseeing education for children from birth to age five.
She ensures the curriculum aligns with the EYFS framework, focusing on the holistic development of the children under her care. She provides leadership and support to teachers and monitors children’s progress while maintaining accurate records.
She is focused on nurturing children’s love for learning through play-based activities and early literacy. Her top priority is creating a secure and engaging learning environment.
She is enthusiastic about contributing to this remarkable educational journey of children in the EYFS unit of the school
Miss Oreoluwa Fariogun (SEN Co-ordinator)

Ms Oreoluwa is a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teacher.

She graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) in Special Education.
Ms Oreoluwa has a profound commitment to empowering students with diverse learning needs and has
developed a strong foundation in inclusive teaching methodologies.
She is deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. She has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to supporting students with diverse abilities and is skilled in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), adapting curriculum materials, and employing innovative teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
She believes that every student has the potential to succeed, and she works tirelessly to provide the necessary support, encouragement, and resources to make that success a reality. She is not only an educator but also an advocate for students with special needs, working closely with parents, colleagues, and support staff to create a collaborative and nurturing learning environment.
Dr. Mrs. Q. O. Nwanze
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Mrs. Nwanze is a financial professional with over two decades of working experience spanning across media, financial structuring, commercial banking and asset management. She started her working career in 2000, as a marketing and media consultant before moving into finance in 2002 as an asset / portfolio manager with credit swift Limited in Ikoyi Lagos.
She then moved to commercial banking where she gathered experience in the commercial banking sector while working with First City Monument Bank Plc.
Dr. Mrs. Nwanze holds a Bsc. in Economics from ESUT and a Post Graduate Degree from University of Leicester United Kingdom. She is a Chartered Banker with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, fellow of the Institute of Certified Sales Professional (ICSP), Institute of Chartered Economists (ICEN). She has attended several courses and programs including the ‘Senior Management Programme’ SMP at Lagos Business School. She received her Honorary Doctorate Degree from American Trinity University in Economics & Finance. She is a mother of two and is dedicated to the development of children.
